eSIM Activation Guide
Step-by-step guide to activating your eSIM on iPhone, Samsung, Google Pixel, and other devices.
Before You Start
Make sure your device supports eSIM, you have a stable WiFi connection, and you have your eSIM QR code ready (from your email or order confirmation).
iPhone Activation
Go to Settings > Cellular > Add eSIM > Use QR Code. Point your camera at the QR code. Tap 'Add Cellular Plan' when prompted. Label your plan and choose it as your data line.
Android Activation
Go to Settings > Network & Internet > SIMs > Add SIM. Select 'Download a SIM' or 'Scan QR code'. Point your camera at the QR code and follow the prompts to complete setup.
After Activation
Enable data roaming for your eSIM line. Set the eSIM as your primary data source. Your regular SIM will continue handling calls and texts.
Troubleshooting
If activation fails, ensure you have a stable internet connection, restart your phone, and try scanning the QR code again. If issues persist, contact our support team for assistance.
