What is an eSIM QR Code?
An eSIM QR code is a special barcode that contains your carrier profile information. When scanned by your phone, it downloads and installs the eSIM profile, connecting you to the mobile network.
How to Use Your QR Code
After purchasing an eSIM plan, you'll receive a QR code via email. Open your phone's eSIM settings, select 'Scan QR Code', and point your camera at the code. The profile will download automatically.
Keeping Your QR Code Safe
Save a screenshot of your QR code before traveling. Each QR code can typically be used only once. If you need to reinstall, you may need the original QR code or contact support for a new one.
